💧 How to Use:

1. Steep 2–3 tbsp of the tea in 4–6 cups of hot water for 20–30 minutes.

2. Strain and let cool to a comfortable temperature.

Use daily or as needed. Discard tea after 24 hours. Store in the fridge if not used immediately.
